The Blackpool Integrated Traffic Management Business Case sets out a series of traffic management interventions that aim to reduce congestion, increase dwell times, increase economic activity, and stimulate job creation.

The proposal is to install 16 fully functional variable message signs, 19 parking guidance information signs with variable elements, a car park monitoring system, CCTV and 24 static parking signs.
