The 'Strategic Outline Business Case' sets out a scheme to improve accessibility and enhance the attractiveness of the city centre using investment in the public realm gateway to better connect the city’s principal transport hubs – the bus and rail stations – with key development and commercial sites within city centre north, a key development zone within the city centre.
