This report presents the Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for the A682 Centenary Way Viaduct Refurbishment scheme.

The scheme, which is being promoted by Lancashire County Council, is seeking Full Approval from the Lancashire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and funding via the Local Growth Deal.
