Cottam Meadow will comprise of a mix of three and four bedroom homes with a range of properties that will appeal to both first time buyers and growing families alike.
Cottam Meadow is built on one of 10 Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) sites which are part of the City Deal. Karl Tupling, the Homes & Communities Agency Executive Director in the North West, said: “Unlocking publicly-owned sites to speed up the delivery of housing developments is a key priority for the HCA. The new homes at Cottam Meadow are fantastic, and the scheme demonstrates that we are able to provide valuable, targeted support to bring forward new developments that will play a vital role in helping the City Deal to meet its ambitions.”
A range of schemes will be introduced at Cottam Meadow that will make it even easier to own a home at the development. A part exchange scheme will be available, as well as Help to Buy, the hugely successful Government-backed scheme designed to help buyers take their next step on the property ladder.
